Leadership transition or change in any organization is already a difficult and challenging process.  However, when transition or change is required in a family business, family legacy and values combined with stakeholder expectations can alter business priorities drastically.

Ivey Associate Dean, Asia, Professor Chris WH Chan together with Mr. Cal Hung, EMBA ’10, President & CEO of Season Group and Ms. Joyce Pang EMBA ’11, Executive Director at Shenzhen (Nanshan) Concord College of Sino-Canada shared their paths as the 2nd generation Canadians who have followed in their parents' footsteps to succeed and flourished the family business and made a name for themselves.

The event was one of the Financial Stewardship Series events sponsored by Royal Bank of Canada.
