The Ivey Leadership Certificate is tailored for established professionals with proven experience as either individual contributors or people managers. Participants commonly include individuals in Manager, Director, and VP roles who are on track for more complex strategic responsibility within their organizations. You are a rising leader, accountable for driving results in any functional area of your organization – from technical leadership to team leadership.
How Do I Earn the Certificate?
Earn your Ivey Leadership Certificate by choosing three of six focused programs, or upgrade to a Master Certificate in Leadership Excellence by completing all six programs. Each program covers a key dimension of modern leadership, unlocking the skills and insights you need to drive organizational success.
Completing either Certificate allows you to take on an Ivey Advanced Impact Project, working with a dedicated Ivey Leadership Coach to craft an action plan for a real-world challenge or opportunity in your organization.
